Another video this week! I just couldn’t get the still shots to work so you have to listen to me once again. This week it’s the “Side Center Side Plank”. Watch and learn 🙂
Keys to proper side center side:
- Keep your movements slow and steady at first, don’t want ya to fall on your face.
- Start in a plank then raise your left hand and rotate your hips into a side plank, come back to center and repeat on the right side.
Other things to remember:
- Try to make the movement as smooth as possible.
- Careful of your wrists, especially during the side planks.
