Hi all! It’s Wednesday but I made it! This week I thought I’d post a video and show you how to do the plank walk.
Keys to proper plank walking:
- Good plank form as always!
- Walk forward with opposite hand and foot
- Walk up four times and then back four times….repeat
Other things to remember:
- Keep your butt down…reviewing the video mine gets higher and higher….something for me to work on
- Go slowly until you feel comfortable with the motion
