Well guys, I know I’m a week late posting this one….can I just say that I had a fantastic time last weekend in Maine with good friends and lots of yummy food and a fun visit to the Common Ground Fair.….hence my lack of plank posting last week. Anyway, back at it this week and decided this plank needed a video, please ignore my wobbly bits! Introducing the plank jack!
Keys to proper plank jack:
- Start in the plank position on your hands.
- Jump your feet out and in and out and in for 30 seconds or so.
Other things to remember:
- Like the video says, keep your butt down!
- Use this plank during circuit training to get your heart rate up and work your core at the same time!
