Well guys it’s been a while since I wrote an ACTUAL post. These days it seems like all I can manage is the weekly plank and then things kinda fizzle out. I don’t have a particular topic to discuss but basically just wanted to have a mini celebration because last week I lost another 3lbs bringing my weight loss total to 42lbs! According to this chart I found that’s like losing an average human leg plus a rack of baby back ribs OR 8 Chihuahuas and 2 guniea pigs OR a bald eagle, a sperm whale’s brain, an average house cat and an average human brain! It’s crazy! I was going to try to hold out till 50lbs to do those calculations but I couldn’t resist…just too good!
Anyway, things are going pretty well. I’m still working out 5 days a week and kayaking during the weekends. What’s even more exciting is that last week I only worked out 3 days and I still managed to have a good number on the WW scale. That doesn’t mean I’m gonna do that every week but it did prove that if I eat right I can get away with working out less, which is a really good thing! Six days a week is getting pretty hard and I have a bad feeling that the winter will make things that much tougher. But don’t worry, I’m not backing down now! My goal is to hit “Onderland” by the end of January, so if I lose 1lb a week I should make it with some time to spare….a chunk of that time does include the holidays after all. 🙂
So that’s what’s going on with me at the moment. I have some other posts I’m working on and can’t wait to share. I’ve been reading an ebook called Eat Real Essentials by the eat life whole bloggers. I’m going to try out a couple of their recipes this week and hopefully blog about them so swing back by to see how the cooking goes.
