Ok I have been perusing a LOT of health/fitness/inspirational weight loss blogs this weekend. First of all WOW to all of that amazing content. I’m talking great pictures, vlog posts, and some very positive writing. Who doesn’t love a before and after pictures?! Am I right?
I’m REALLY hoping that at the very least a tiny morsel of that positivity lodged itself into my brain. I’m starting week 3 of Body Revolution tomorrow and am seriously scared of what that DVD is going to bring. The logical thing to do would be to pop that sucker in the player and get a sneak preview. BUT to keep that little nay-sayer in my head from ruining things I am gonna set the alarm tonight as usual and go into disc 3 blind. I think it’s a good idea.
